Pre-order notice

Brewlette hardware is pre-production. It has not yet been authorized under FCC rules. Brewlette will not deliver a unit until that authorization is obtained. An application does not create a contract to sell, a ship date, or a retail price.

If a deposit is collected after an application is approved, it is fully refundable before shipping. The amount is configured by the operator of this site and is a deposit, not the price of a Brewlette. Checkout, when enabled, runs in Stripe test mode until a later release says otherwise.

Alcohol service, where it happens, is for adults 21 and older. This site does not check IDs. The venue does.
