Placeholder for liability, damage, cancellation, and insurance. Do not treat this as a finished agreement.
A booking request is a message between a renter and an owner. Accepting it records the dates. It does not charge a card, hold a deposit, or create insurance. Rental payments are designed for Stripe Connect later and are not collected now.
Damage, late return, cancellation, delivery responsibility, and what happens if a unit fails are unset. Owners write house rules on the listing, including a 21+ expectation. Those rules are not a substitute for a rental contract.
Responsible service: Brewlette is for adults 21 and older where alcohol service is legal. Checking IDs is the venue's job. A rental is not permission to serve anyone under 21, and a drink event is a dispense signal, not a dare.
The device itself is pre-production and has not yet been authorized under FCC rules. A marketplace listing does not mean a unit is cleared to ship from Brewlette.
